To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 八爪魚醋物($48)，酸酸尾尾開胃前菜，八爪魚色澤鮮豔，食落爽口有咬口，而且入味。三文魚魚鬆豆腐凍($42)，豆腐本身無味道，一般係配醬油一齊食，但店家採取用帶有鹹香既細小三文魚絲配合豆腐，可以帶出另一種新食法，豆腐非常滑，吸入口可以直落食道。刺身三點($280)，中拖羅、油甘魚腩、赤貝，刺身厚切，肉質口感非常好，油甘魚腩比我感覺係三款之中最頂級，油份高，入口軟綿綿。燒羊扒($68)，燒得唔錯，羊扒食落仍然有肉汁，而且羶味濃郁，醃製既香料好香口惹味。燒雞皮蝦($78)，店家創意出品，將大蝦既蝦殼剝左，然後再用已經去除左脂肪既雞皮包身蝦身，再去燒，令到蝦肉結實，雞皮脆卜卜。海膽蟹肉牛油果卷($180)，卷物有蟹肉絲，岩晒鐘意食蟹但又怕剝殼既我，海膽色澤吸引，無苦澀澀味，卷物內裏包住既係牛蒡，結實爽口可令口感層次更豐富。
