To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 去完Eaton staycation, 原本諗住佐敦名店澳牛,點知排到三個部位,喺30幾度嘅高溫下,決定去幫襯佐敦的熊拉麵。可能係星期日的關係,都等咗20分鐘先入到座,第一梗係要揀返店長推介,間店有兩個推介,魚介豬骨湯底拉麵同招牌豬骨湯底拉麵,因為個人唔係好鍾意食豬骨湯底,就揀咗魚介,仲加多左個招牌餃子。碗麵嚟到,第一時間梗係是湯底,係我最愛嘅清爽湯底,呢款未必啱如果鍾意食豬骨湯底濃濃口味的朋友,如香味同豬骨香味一半一半,飲湯落去順口,會有一飲再飲嘅衝動,叉燒方面,有三款揀-梅頭瘦叉燒、火炙肥叉燒、角切叉燒粒,揀咗火炙叉燒,每碗有一塊,油脂和肉的分布一層一層,咬落去不肥膩,不經不覺成塊食晒,麵底揀咗硬中太麵,尚算掛汁,這鋪最大特色時可以不加任何香味油,啱晒追求健康的食家。最開心子嘅係,呢度嘅配菜係任加,有我最鍾意嘅鹹酸菜!!!食呢碗面嘅途中,我加咗人哋半樽鹹酸菜!!!招牌餃子方面,餡料係粟米加豬肉,粟米的清甜為豬肉餃子減少油膩,尤其係夏天時節唔想食咁多肉,呢方面就可以增強食欲。總括而言,呢間拉麵店應該可以一去再去,食物質素啱口胃,服務方面都好OK,唔會太多,但又會有飽足嘅感覺,味精少,

總括而言,呢間拉麵店應該可以一去再去,食物質素啱口胃,服務方面都好OK,唔會太多,但又會有飽足嘅感覺,味精少,食完冇話猛咁灌水,作為拉麵店來講已經合格有餘。
