To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日個fd生日決定嚟呢度慶祝，餐廳環境好舒服，好啱長坐傾偈，又有board game挽！可能今日平日比較少人，環境比較清靜。餐廳係QR code落單，有單點同套餐我哋叫左兩個套餐，同一個單點意粉第一個套餐—意大利黑松露雜菌意粉，包括法包、餐湯、芝士蛋糕同一杯飲品，原先冇太大期望，嚟到嘅時候見到意粉超多，CP值好高，味道方面都好食，忌廉濃厚，意粉軟硬適中，充滿松露味，亦都有好多嘅雜菌菇第二個套餐—蒜香檸檬藍青口意粉配沙律，意粉落咗好多橄欖油，偏硬身，青口感覺偏鹹，比起黑松露意粉味道普通第三道單點—柑橘慢煮鴨胸肉焗西蘭花薯餅，鴨胸肉嫩口，配搭柑橘醬，有另一番風味，整體的層次感大大提升，都推薦呢碟菜店主同店員好熱心,會主動幫我哋影生日相同播生日歌。亦可以要求喺碟上面寫生日快樂。而且咁啱今日有佈置生日裝飾可以影相。整體嚟講朋友生日同聚餐，呢間餐廳係一個唔錯嘅選擇！臨走比咗張優惠券我哋，係lunch hour去有discount。但就未必用到。
