To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 昨晚同老公去青衣城，唔知食咩好，最後見稻香九時後有特價火鍋，原本 18、28同48蚊碟的火鍋料，現在全做六折。兩個人，揀咗個半打帶子加鍋底 $98，因鍋底都58 or 68，索性要帶子，帶子還可以叫他們用蒜蓉粉絲蒸啊！味道都唔錯，帶子幾鮮，也夠大隻，$98半打還有個醉雞鍋底….好抵！醉雞鍋就一般啦，剩係覺得有好多藥材，一 d 都唔覺得有”醉”……蝦好新鮮，雲吞水餃也有足料鮮蝦，不會像其他的，裡面大部份都是肥豬肉，肥牛都唔錯，不會有太多渣，魚皮麻麻，有點受潮，淋咗……鱔片新鮮，最不喜歡是桂花蚌同珊瑚蚌，很雪……最後三百元埋單，對比平時正價時食，叫做好抵啦！平時得兩公婆人少少通常都食任食火鍋，因可以食多幾款，每人都是百多元…… 今次特價時段食稻香，都係每人百多元，款式當然比任食少，但就新鮮好多，必定會再去呀~~
