To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 聽雪怡講,八月聚會響呢度食得幾開心,今日去表哥途中又見倒佢門口重有車位,所以停下車等位,等左十五分鐘入得。因為只得兩個人,只叫得三味菜:古法焗魚腸- 幾好,不過冇咩味通菜- 超好,每台都有叫芝麻班塊- 好,外面香脆,裡面有魚味,正!總結:坐位好細,上菜好快,食物水準好高。唔知係咪老細d服務水準高,我連d飯同茶都覺得好好味。佢重話下次一定要試佢d魚翅,我下次訂定台先。有車可泊街(對面)或錶位(附近)。
