To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 近日香港疫情穩定下來,很多人也外出吃飯,尤其是這一個集團旗下的餐廳,會員有七折優惠,全店滿座,所以必須定位!我們一共點了6款菜式,前菜點了陳醋餚肉$98(會員有免费Coupon),加入黑醋啫喱在餚肉之上,味道清新,胃口大增,看得出製作用心!3籠上海小籠包小朋友至愛,皮不厚肉汁鲜但不多,即叫即蒸熱辣辣,每籠五件,$58還有7折超抵食!京式蔥油餅($62)外皮蘇、香、鬆,內含洋蔥蔥粒,乾身不油。賽螃蟹($71)蛋白豐富不老,內有不少蟹肉和蝦粒,味道不錯。酸菜魚2食($268)龍躉球魚片厚身啖啖肉,麵條Q彈有咬口,但可惜湯底味道不夠酸辣,小朋友也可以接受。蔥烤枝竹斑腩味道一般,斑腩有點腥,這味餸有待改進。雖然當晚滿座,服務也不錯,服務員安排菜式分兩節時間上,避免一次過沒有位上枱,這點值得一讚!我們一共四位,埋單也不须$580,非常超值!
