話說結婚週年,想食餐好既慶祝下,老公帶我去左間新開日本餐廳,抱住試下既心態。搭lift上到最高21樓,一開lift就見到日式格局既bar 枱,職員有禮貌咁接待,氣氛幾好。坐低師傅就好細心問有咩食物敏感或喜好,之後就上左pickles 開下胃,跟著就陸陸續續上左好多唔同既菜式,每一碟都食到師傅既心思,唔係就咁比件壽司或者刺身,而係師傅會加左唔同既調味,仲會做熟成改變質感或者提升味道,好有新鮮感!發現原來刺身都可以好多變化(恕我見識少)掛住食唔記得影曬D相,食阿媽家姐食到捧住個肚,真係唔係間間做到,份量足仲要好好味,下次再試要留影~
