To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間中東菜bookmark咗好耐，終於食到🫶🏻環境好溫馨好cozy,有啲小酒館既感覺🥂🍴Hummos Dip with lamb鷹嘴豆泥應該係最經典，好silky好smooth🥹配羊肉又幾夾，平衡到個油膩，仲有一份pita bread，好鬆軟～🍴Tapas: octopus 西班牙既八爪魚，因為慢煮所以好嫩🫶🏻比個sauce 係garlic, olive oil再有檸檬汁🤤味道唔會好濃，幾開胃👍🍴Chicken shish Tawook呢個真係要食😆未出現已經勁香炭燒烤肉味～成個烤爐上，所以仲保持到溫度👍雞肉好嫩好juicy😀薯仔外脆內軟，有兩種sauces,分別係蒜蓉醬同辣醬👍幾好食～呢個都有pita bread,但就係蕃茄味，酸酸地，好似pizza咁，幾特別😳🍴Kanafeh呢個係佢推介既傳統甜品🤭脆既酥餅包住甜芝士，口感煙韌🤤上面撒咗開心果碎😆唔會好甜，好有驚喜🫶🏻佢有好多幾少見既國家既紅白酒😌例如Greece, Morocco 同埋黎巴嫩😍但我哋最後都係決定飲啤酒，爽啲🤭揀咗兩款西班牙啤🤤一款好清，似Lager,另一款似係IPA,好香果味亦好floral😌好好飲🥹🥹今餐好滿足🩵
