Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平日夜晚嚟到都唔洗排隊侍應見我地有大袋仲會主動俾個籃我地放嘢，好細心月見蚵仔魯肉飯：見呢樣幾出名所以試下！就咁睇已經見到好多蚵仔，同埋唔好以為佢好dry, 撈埋隻蛋同魯肉飯就好食鹽酥雞魯肉飯：呢個就真係有少少dry, 魯肉飯唔係幾夠汁，食到後尾唔夠汁撈飯，不過鹽酥雞都炸得幾好食而且呢兩個餐都有配青瓜，感覺幾fresh起司肉鬆蛋餅：都幾好食，不過我未試過蛋餅入面係肉鬆+青瓜絲，個人覺得唔太夾～整體嘢食都唔錯不過座位有啲逼～
