可以揀牛油煮or清酒煮,牛油煮平時食得多,今次我地不約而同都想試清酒煮。姐姐先將帆立貝燒到微微開口,再拎入廚房去清內臟,之後就落清酒繼續燒。入口鮮甜多汁,食到一梳梳既肉。

總結黎講,呢間餐廳真係好細心,知道唔係個個都有下廚經驗,會有專人全程負責燒,效率又高,務求做到食完一啖,就有下一啖ready,加分!下次想再食浜燒都會諗起呢間。
