有機會老闆請食飯,所以選了最貴的餐廳。我叫了頭盤chopped salad,内有鵝肝粒和菜,好清新,好好味,鵝肝粒也很大粒,抵食。也叫了炸軟蟹做頭盤,也很清爽不油膩啊!主餐叫了三文魚扒,生熟度合度好處,魚扒好鮮嫩,入口即溶。牛扒也是刚好熟,賣相也一流。甜品是薑汁豆腐花,但其實係薑计泡泡,另一番口味啊!
