To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚去左食好耐冇幫襯既和暢金廚，6點半左右去到岩岩有張兩人枱，之後既人黎到都要等位，建議大家都打去book枱穩陣d首先嗌左份麻辣青瓜豬皮，個辣味調得好好，豬皮似係豬頭皮果種呢個素鵝炸得好好食，入面仲有涵，好驚喜呢份蜆介鯪魚球都好香口 夠哂味炸豆腐超級推介，6蚊一舊好抵食，真材實料，我地嗌左兩舊之後即刻加單嗌多四舊，係炸得好好食脆卜卜最後仲嗌埋豉油皇炒麵，當日冇炒麵，要加三蚊轉手工麵，都好好食呀雖然當日人手唔夠，店員都好忙，但態度都好好，好有人情味既家庭式小店！
