一家12人今晚包括外地返港嘅屋企人嚟聚餐。當時order 咗兩杯mojito, 先嚟咗一杯Green Apple Mojito (細杯),正確係無酒精嘅。後來再落order 加一杯,落單時已問清楚咗係0.00% mojito 無酒精嘅,先至order一杯大嘅。點知杯「0.00% Mojito」嚟到之後,就屋企人飲咗之後就心跳加快,搵職員嚟問,對住個餐牌睇,見到餐牌上有酒精嗰杯係有d青瓜條嘅,而上枱嗰杯飲品係無嘅,所以屋企人相信呢一杯係冇酒精嘅Mojito。職員佢只係肉眼望完杯飲品,都無check單,就話杯嘢係「無酒精嘅」,問佢點解呢杯有青瓜條而餐牌顯示嘅圖片唔同,仲要撐話「我哋係用青瓜汁嘅,有酒精嗰杯會係貴d」嘅,九唔搭八,咁嘅用字真係好差,唔關價錢事,而係我哋係想要一杯「大杯而無酒精」Mojito呀,到最後埋咗單之後先見到有一杯係Ultimate Barcardi Mojito! 落錯單又唔認,完全不負責任,完全冇提過幫客人睇睇張單/換過另一杯飲品。唔該你哋安排多啲 training 俾員工到先放佢哋落場做嘢啦。
