長沙灣廣場呢間日本居酒屋有好多幾有創意嘅fusion菜,而且價錢都相對唔貴,朋友推介,所以去試下。兩個人叫咗幾樣野食同兩款cocktail ,好夠飽,每人大約3百蚊鬆啲。⭐前菜每人首先會有兩碟前菜:蘿蔔、中華沙律。⭐雞皮薯片平時食雞皮都係串燒,今次呢個係一大塊雞皮炸到好似薯片咁脆,仲配埋少少七味粉,食落更加惹味。⭐滕椒腸滕椒腸係日本空運返港,食入口時啲汁爆哂出黎,勁香勁正!不過絕對唔可以睇小個辣度,越食越覺得辣。⭐茄子大阪燒呢個大阪燒用咗茄子同蛋代替平時食開嘅粉漿,夠哂有創意,而味道唔輸蝕比平時嘅大阪燒,啲蛋食落仲好滑,醬汁同木魚絲夠哂多。⭐牛油果醬芥茉煙三文魚意粉賣相幾有心思,煙三文魚整到成朵花咁。意粉沾滿牛油果醬,微微帶點芥茉味,所以唔會蓋過牛油果嘅清香。⭐赤呢度嘅cocktail好似飲sake咁上枱。Cocktail用冰水浸住,可以保持佢凍,又唔會破壞個味。呢杯赤幾好飲,好似fruit punch咁,酸酸甜甜,飲開酒的話,會覺得酒味唔濃。⭐橙呢杯就幾清香,有伯爵茶嘅味道。⭐花生酥餐廳最後送咗呢個自家手製嘅花生酥做甜品,食落充滿好濃郁嘅花生味,好似食口花生醬咁濃,而口感亦都非常酥脆
