銅鑼灣拉麵店林立,大多數拉麵湯底都會以豬骨湯底為主。而宜家拉麵台就好有驚喜,除左有基本豚骨湯底,重有雞湯作為湯底,十分有特色!!!雖然以雞湯作為湯但油份唔高,而且及雞味濃郁,愈飲愈好飲!!叉燒鬆軟香口,可以食得出叉燒經過微煎!!!成碗拉麵水準都唔錯,拉麵軟硬得宜,只係流水蛋偏諒,失去流心效果!
