係日本食過一次吉列牛,係好味都返唔到轉頭呢間都叫第一二間引入黎香港所以就慕名而來,佢同日本個個九成似,連個燒爐都一樣首先來一個前菜~海蜇沙律,因為我喜歡食海蜇所以覺得呢個好好味,海蜇份量都唔少啊🔶吉列牛~脆脆的外表,生生的肉質,放上個爐燒10秒就夠,太耐會老,加上秘製醬汁,好味呢由上而下排列:柚子檸醋、七味海鹽、和風芥末🔶海鮮湯~超足料,入面有兩隻蝦、一粒扇貝、蜆仔,所以啲湯好鮮甜!另外仲叫左份海鮮火鍋,好多料有青口、帶子、扇貝、蝦、蜆,令成個餐豐富了不少!仲跟左秘製辣醬,可以倒落湯度,變成辣烏冬!🔶最後個茶碗蒸~不得了!好味到傻,佢用左蟹肉種鮮甜吊起左個味,蛋都蒸得好滑
