To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同朋友hea遊銅鑼灣, 途經大坑，天后。 步行個多小時運動後，必然要找好嘢食。 沿住天后電氣道行至琉璃街，看見有一間小舖 叫“上海弄堂菜肉餛飩”， 雖然招牌細細但给我感覺幾有風味的上海小店。 今日天氣仲係好凍， 所以見到有熱辣辣的上海雲吞正合心意， 入到店內看見店主即場包弄很多雲吞， 我就知道招牌菜之一， 打開餐牌太多選擇除咗菜肉餛飩必食之外， 我們還叫了排骨擔擔麵，陽春麵， 燻魚，烤麩。 我喜歡這裏的味道， 不會太油膩和濃烈， 舖仔細細的街舖有種上海地道的風味。
