今晚我們去咗「鳳城酒家」喺太子店食晚飯!我們叫咗原燉鷄鮑翅、西蘭花炒帶子、滑蛋炒蝦仁、西芹腰果炒肉丁、鳳城炸粉果同蒜蓉炒豆苗!原燉鷄鮑翅嘅湯底比較淡,翅份量比較少,唔係想像中咁好,令我們有小小失望!西蘭花炒帶子嘅帶子好大粒,亦好鮮味!滑蛋炒蝦仁嘅炒蛋炒得相當嫩滑,蝦仁亦好大隻同好彈牙!鳳城炸粉果有兩種食法,有唔浸湯嘅好香脆可口,而浸湯嘅輕輕浸一浸,令到粉果變得軟腍腍,同埋吸收晒上湯嘅甜味!蒜蓉炒豆苗炒得唔太油膩同份量十足!
