To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 繼續接待老闆下集(12-6-2007晚餐)夜晚(嚴格o黎講唔算係夜晚,因為只係6:15pm)同5個日本人o黎呢o度食飯,由於我自己遲少少到,所以另一個老闆已經點好菜,唔知佢有冇叫小籠包呢?不久,餸菜o黎喇, 1. 先o黎海蜇,醉雞,OK啦. 2. 然後係片皮鴨,睇落色水好似唔係好夠,食落,皮唔脆o既?唉! 3. 到應該係魚翅竹笙湯,都係一般啦. 4. 一個年資應該比較大o既女侍應見枱面冇咩位,於是問幫我o地分o左啲小籠包好嗎?我一口答應.好懷念4年前同個日本客o黎到同一張枱食熱騰騰,多汁o既小籠包.o黎喇o黎喇,不過好失望,1.點解大隻o左o既?2.頂上o既皮乾o左.見一個日本客食,我重想提醒佢小心裡面啲汁熱,哈,佢識得點食小籠包,而睇佢食落,應該係唔熱.好,到我食喇,果然係唔熱兼且冇咩汁,只有大大舊o既肉,有冇攪錯啊?公仔雪藏即食o既小籠包味道都好食過佢,而且重要差過o係日本食o既翻版小籠包添,好失望呀! 5. 之後我唔知咩名堂o既炸蝦,眼見有辣椒o係底,心諗,死梗,辣o既.不過盡管試吓,夾面唔點汁咪得囉,咬落,咦,甜o既?蝦又好大隻,都夠爽,粉團又唔厚,呢個餸可以o既. 6.最後又

一個小插曲:其中一個本著大無畏精神o既客人貪食,夾墊o係第5個菜底o既辣椒,最初佢食長,新鮮o既紅辣椒食,佢話唔辣,於是試半粒少於一個一毫硬幣o既乾紅辣椒o黎食,直覺覺得係好辣o既指天椒但唔確定,於是冇阻止佢.果然,最初佢話冇o野,食完後佢就噴火喇,因為佢食到裡面o既核.眼見佢痛苦難當,重飲加飯酒o黎'解辣',於是叫年輕侍應畀杯凍水佢,個侍應問我係咪蒸餾水?我反問佢係咪一定要蒸餾水,佢答我都唔係o既,一係滾水加冰,我答係啦係啦.心諗如果我唔係香港人,識反問個侍應,咪畀佢屈o左杯蒸餾水?

服務方面:
多o左好多年輕侍應,佢o地成日要人教,其中一個例子係加飯酒要熱飲o既,年資大啲o既女侍應要教佢o地不時留意用o黎坐熱o既水瓶內o既水夠唔夠熱.呢位女侍應真係好盡責.不過整體服務都可以o既,碟都換得好快.

環境方面:
唔明點解我o地book o左枱而且6點就o黎到,都係畀張好似臨時加開o既枱我o地囉,眼見重有好多咭枱.而且呢張枱成日有隻小昆蟲飛o黎飛去,好煩.

價錢我就唔知喇,不過應該唔平.
