睇餐牌除咗一般常見上海菜,葱油餅、炒鱔糊、粗炒同炒年糕呢啲之外,會有少見啲嘅好似炒羊肉、大滷麵(豬肉青菜蛋花湯麵)之類今晚試咗個粉皮魚頭煲,雖然睇落好紅,但其實只係少許辣,比較多油。魚頭有少少鯹,點返啲辣湯食會好啲,食食吓其實都好多肉食。粉皮煮得剛好,滑得尼仲係爽嘅小籠包好食!皮薄,有湯汁,唔會過鹹,一上枱好快消滅咗!水晶肴肉都唔錯,醋啫喱只有肉嘅一邊有令味道有少許唔平衡,但都係相當唔錯嘅,擺盤靚 😂
