To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我幾鐘意去食燒味飯,而且香港大街小巷也有的連鎖店是對我呢啲要周圍走嘅打工仔是最方便的,今次試的是大快活的是叉燒拼香雞飯。點了大約5分鐘,便可以拿到,第一眼看到的賣相是幾靚仔的,雞件及叉燒放得整齊有序,再加上一點點的菜及放於底下的飯,說實在是幾美的,賣相已成功吸引了我。再說味道,說實在的,我向來也不會對快餐店有太大的期望,始終價錢決定了質素,食下去後,果然如此,冰鮮雞味很濃,但也食得落的,叉燒乾左啲,如果再多啲醬汁會比較好,反而飯整得唔錯,時間控制得很好,不會過軟或過硬。
