To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一行十人來為好友慶生，人多可以叫多啲嘢食😋😋😋 先嚟幾度小食有機腐衣鮮淮山，腐衣啫係腐皮，但係我一片都見唔到，唔通溶咗落個汁度 😂 , 醬汁係日式芝麻汁，沒花巧東西，鮮淮山感覺清新。 😄蔥油菠蘿海蜇球，到底它是水母的哪個部位呢？ Google 唔到, 求解說 😆😆 這個質感很爽口啊 😉西班牙黑豚叉燒，叉燒嘅肉質係幾好食嘅，如果可以多一點燒烤嘅香味會更加好 😆 個人比較欣賞旁邊啲蠔油豆 😆😆松茸海螺燉土雞，茶壺上的湯，賣相精緻可愛，海螺加雞鮮味十足，松茸令湯加上層次感，打開茶壺，享受裏面的松茸，菌香在口中迴旋 😚😚葡汁焗釀響螺，很多朋友喜歡這個煮法，可能因為靚靚？雖然響螺好淋，但葡汁的確遮蓋了海螺的鮮味 😆從外面走進餐廳, 見到很多食客都點了士多啤梨蝦，這個很開胃，味道調得不錯, 但蝦味不足 😅😅雞縱菌扁四季豆, 有點鹹，味太濃搶走雞縱菌的香氣，浪費了，吃落像雞髀菇 😂😂😂中餐的競爭很激烈，晚是質素有點飄忽，午市點心可能比較出色？真係唔知，因為未試過，但我知帶咗個唔係美心嘅蛋糕，收咗二百蚊切餅費 😂😂飢Point : 6/10#hunge
