To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上兩星期8月尾 同咗朋友去食 灣仔會展嘅薈景 餐廳食中午自助餐 ，好多年前都去食過 就麻麻哋 ，今次重新裝修後第一次再去食，今次進步了好多，當然每一間酒店每一樣嘢都唔係十全十美，有好食或者不好食…但今次這個 自助餐，燒牛肉等等都幾好味喺 ，中午自助餐都有任飲紅白酒及飲品，鐵板龍蝦仔 幾好味，凍龍蝦就麻麻哋，魚生可以，所有熱盤都不過不失，龍蝦湯好好味 好少做到外國味道，甜品方面不過不失，侍應執枱好快 ，地方寬闊 ，中午價錢優惠 食嘢個人口味不同 不妨可以試試
