收工約埋朋友,一行四人去到位於炮台山的Rojo, 餐廳裝修精緻,吧枱設計的很漂亮,暗暗的燈光帶點格調。頭盤西班牙煎蛋餅,有很香的洋蔥、煙肉、薯仔的味道,蛋餅煎的好香,味道可口!西班牙燒乳豬,配青蘋果醬汁,豬仔肉好鮮嫩,乳豬皮勁脆口,油脂適中,唔會好膩,燒薯仔片都非常好味。炭燒頂級牛腹扒(12安士),選了五成熟,真的是燒到剛剛好,牛肉還是半紅色但不會有血水,做到鎖住肉汁,牛肉炭香味出色,牛腹扒位置沒多餘的肥肉,吃到牛的鮮甜味道!充滿期待的西班牙海鮮飯,份量足、配料很豐富,有虎蝦、蜆、青口、魷魚和豬腩肉,海鮮炒飯用上西班牙米,很有口感,做到粒粒分明,夠乾身,香氣撲鼻!
