To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 3. 鹹水角.又係大大個,亦同樣凍o左,不過口感同味道都正常討好.

1. 鴻運乳豬全體
比正常乳豬大啲,女同事ZC幫我夾一件,已經凍o左,皮都脆o既,味道亦唔鹹.我同事o個啲好肥,好厚脂肪,但我o個件唔係,ZC真係識夾.
味道: 3分

2. 高湯焗生猛龍蝦伊麵
大大碟,但見到冇湯汁, 近乎乾哽伊麵;龍蝦泡油有啲泡過龍,變o左有少少脆.而成個味道都係好淡.
味道: 1.5分

3. 碧綠象拔蚌蝦球
蝦球大件;象拔蚌有鯹味; 碧綠就係西蘭花.
味道: 3分

4. 百花炸釀蟹拑
都係大大個,顏色深o左啲,炸過火.食落,外面係脆,冇乜味,鮮味更加冇,食得快o既同事發現中間未熟.
我o個個都係,不過範圍唔大.
味道: 0.5分

5. 紅燒海皇燴生翅
唔見有咩海皇,翅亦唔多.
味道: 2分

6. 原隻鮑魚扣金錢
金錢係芯菇,又大又厚; 原隻鮑魚唔算細隻,口感o岩o岩好,只係覺得蠔油唔夠.
味道: 4分

7. 清蒸沙巴龍躉
呢個就蒸刑o岩o岩好,唔o鞋.

味道: 5分

8. 脆皮炸一品燒雞
皮脆肉嫩,不過都係唔多夠味.
味道: 3.5分

9. 幅建炒飯
見到都幾濕同賣相麻麻,我冇食到.

10. 干燒伊麵
我就食呢個,一般.
味道: 3分

11. 美點雙輝
笑口棗同紅棗糕, 笑口棗竟然係腍,有冇攪錯?
味道: 0.5分

12. 杞子桂花糕
呢個就正常好味.

味道: 5分

服務:
開頭至中段好好,密密斟飲品,但之後唔知係味老闆唔在場同啲part time已放工,飲到冇晒都冇人斟飲品.

環境:
地方係夠大,光猛同舒適.
