朋友之前經過Moko 知道這間念川居是新開的,睇到個川字就估到係川菜,係咪全部都辣菜呢?唔食得辣咪無選擇呢?咁這間念川居就唔洗擔心,因還有好多唔辣的菜式選擇,店內全部圓枱裝修古雅。今晚點了沒有辛辣的菜式,招牌新鮮吊燒雞皮脆肉滑,高湯粉果好鬆脆,椒鹽九肚魚大廚夠細心去了中間的魚骨香脆夠惹味,花生芽小炒王第一次食花生芽,一條條白色比大豆芽粗好多的, 古法咕嚕肉炸得夠脆皮,竹笙露筍,賽螃蟹,家鄉煎魚餅,招牌炒飯等等味道都ok 好味, 最後點了甜品蛋白杏仁茶和酒釀小丸子有代改進,埋單每位茶水$15,餐前菜有兩碟每碟$15,另有加一服務費,服務員都很有禮貌,店員還介紹點心都整得好味,叫我們下次可以試下午茶,如我下次來可以用openrice apps 預早訂位好方便。
