To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

去完海洋公園水上樂園之後，之後就同另外三個朋友，一共四個人落咗銅鑼灣呢間日本餐廳食飯。我哋大約六點就到，所以人唔係好多，疫情之下覺得咁樣比較安全。二餐廳都好乾淨啊！又有濕紙巾，又有口罩套提供俾你，所以感覺係好舒服嘅。同埋啲員工都好好，佢會推薦你乜嘢菜式比較好，同埋會話俾你聽邊啲要熱食等等。我哋都係聽推薦咁叫，所以叫咗牛肉野菜壽喜燒，啲菜都好甜，整體都幾好食。另外仲叫咗黑蒜豬軟骨拉麵🍜味道都唔錯，佢個賣相好靚嘅。之後好似叫咗一個三文魚魚頭，好似話呢個魚頭多啲肉食，所以我哋就叫咗呢頭。咁佢都整得好香脆，所以味道都唔錯。仲叫咗一個係魷魚，但係中間有雞肉，感覺好fusion，但係我自己都係覺得就咁嗌魷魚會比較食得出魷魚味。最後叫咗個魚生飯，因為同朋友share，所以識咗少少之後，感覺都正正常常咁樣。整體唔錯，價錢都合理，可以再食。
