To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近轉左新工去太古個邊,搵左個舊同事一齊食個飯,Book左GlassHouse Lunch。因為以前都無去過太古,第一次入到去個商場搵左10分鐘先搵倒間野係邊入去住個陣,感覺環境都唔算好迫,枱同枱之間都有一定距離,呢點做得唔錯,因為有D西餐店會想做多轉客,整到D枱好密。坐低點野食,見倒有Lobster Spaghetti,忍唔住要試試下,因為自己一般係屋企整都係蝦,好少用龍蝦整意粉。Stir-Fried Spicy Lobster Spagehetti ($168 + $18)一上枱,我朋友都問我你D龍蝦去左邊。搵左陣之後見倒佢將龍蝦切成細粒落去炒,雖然個意粉係有少少龍蝦香氣,但可惜龍蝦肉切到一粒粒,完全無口感。講番味道,算係正常口味,好搞笑地係有少少四川麻辣 x 避風塘口味,味道係幾唔錯,主角龍蝦連一整舊都無。呢一點係十分失望

一上枱,我朋友都問我你D龍蝦去左邊。搵左陣之後見倒佢將龍蝦切成細粒落去炒,雖然個意粉係有少少龍蝦香氣,但可惜龍蝦肉切到一粒粒,完全無口感。

講番味道,算係正常口味,好搞笑地係有少少四川麻辣 x 避風塘口味,味道係幾唔錯,主角龍蝦連一整舊都無。呢一點係十分失望
