To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

時不時都會嚟食米線or紅薯粉！最愛食海帶，豬耳，豬脷反而豬頸肉麻麻，好"鞋"同雪味重，我叫左酸辣同掩蓋唔到陣味，雖然唔好食但畀左好多塊另外，魚肉春卷本來以為係似荃灣有間食魚春卷米線咁既魚春卷，但原來唔係，都好食就得4塊左右。另外，食辣一定加支豆漿價錢就偏貴，一個麵底都要26,28蚊，餸既選擇都多，價錢就6蚊,7蚊,12蚊。都係間唔中食，因為都貴，同荃灣都有好多平又好食既紅薯粉，不過佢勝在開到好夜，其他店通常2200就關門。啱哂我呢啲收工收好夜又未食飯既人
