To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

2019年2月27日午餐同同事去左大中，見元氣冇乜人就去左食元氣。由於佢轉左上網落單，要用電話入。但係我電話入唔到，佢都好體貼咁借左部機比我。點完車就等佢個火車到。一黎就黎錯野跟住同佢講。佢幫我對左單就拎走左。之後就冇再錯過。榮螺。普普通通。三文魚，都係普普通通。炸粟米，夠熱！都幾好食。青瓜卷係我既必食。冇特別。但開始愈來愈細件。左邊係北寄貝沙律，右邊係北寄貝。蟹子沙律軍艦炸年糕！夠熱就好食。加州卷，愈來愈細件。炸蝦卷。唔太夠熱。其他無影到。都係不過不失。
