前帝苑酒店行政糕餅總廚Tony Wong的餅店,終於在灣仔開設分店了﹗感謝同事買來跟大家分享 : )同事共買了四款口味﹕芒果撻、藍莓芝士、雜莓拿破侖和Earl Grey Mousse,其中Earl Grey Mousse滑如豆腐,帶淡淡清香,不會太甜,我們一致讚好﹗其他口味亦很不錯﹗不知為何,今天我超想吃蛋糕,一早吃了一件聖安娜蛋糕,下午吃了同事買的四款蛋糕,下班後忍不住奔往Patisserie Tony Wong這間灣仔分店再吃個夠 : ) 其實我最想吃Chocolate Truffle,不過最後我好奇的選了一個形狀較特別的,嘻嘻﹗小店非常雅致,有少量座位讓你坐著慢慢品嚐。今天我又來得合時,店裡只有我一人。看,桌上那件蛋糕正在等著我 : )是你了﹗這就是我選的Cherry Napolean (HK$40),想不到車厘子如此清甜多汁,不錯不錯﹗不過說到Napolean的質感,我覺得天后的Mimosa Patisserie較鬆脆,難怪常常售罄 : )
