To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 裝修時尚,沒有半點一般酒樓的土味。但老實講坐位太迫,2人枱實在太細。首先講吓食物色、總括嚟講係冇問題嘅!鵝件拼盤(包括鵝肉、鵝件、滷水豬肉、滷水蛋、滷水豆腐及墨魚)發揮正常。方魚炒芥蘭,樣子很不錯,但一點香味都沒有。香煎韭菜果,這個十分好味,煎得香軟。燒賣、牛肚正常,冇乜好講!但小菜賣相差,用的碟非常細,放上枱時嚇了一跳,可能因為張枱太細、所以佢哋要用啲咁細嘅碟😅最值得一題嘅喺呢度嘅服務🤔由開始到食完,所有嘅員工冇一個係有禮貌嘅😢可能連最大話得事嗰個都係咁,所以細嗰啲全部都係咁。所有嘅人冇一個講嘢有尾音好恐怖!叫每一樣嘢都要等好耐,叫完又叫先會有人睬你!今時今日咁嘅服務絕對唔會有下一次😒
