To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 先來說缺點1,漬物的蒜子有冰箱味2,鰻魚有柴油味3,鹿兒島豆乳鍋最差,豚肉熱度OK,豆腐和菜都是溫的,菜還是生的感覺,沒什麼食物的味道4,戴眼鏡的師傅經常雙手搾住制服兩條綁繩,然後又摸魚生,玩完又放返入去….5,生蠔外表肥美,些許腥再來說優點1,服務員贴心有礼貌,有留意客人用餐的速度,睇住收碟,换茶,换湿抹手巾,介紹也比較點到即止。最怕Omakase介紹太囉嗦。2,量算多,可以食饱,炙物相對比較多。3,擺盤精緻,適合打卡拍照。

1,服務員贴心有礼貌,有留意客人用餐的速度,睇住收碟,换茶,换湿抹手巾,介紹也比較點到即止。最怕Omakase介紹太囉嗦。
2,量算多,可以食饱,炙物相對比較多。
3,擺盤精緻,適合打卡拍照。
