To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

老公得知在深水埗有一間洞天冰室，它所售賣的四寶飯有別一般的四寶飯，於是和我走去試下‧我們叫了以下:1) 四寶飯(附送例湯): 四寶是一隻煎蛋+四塊紅腸+一塊炸豬扒和一塊炸雞翼。煎蛋和紅腸只是'大路'食物，但是炸豬扒和炸雞翼這些普通食物卻弄製得很出色，外皮鬆脆又入味。有點失色的是飯汁(豉油)少兼且不夠味。至於例湯則是西洋菜湯，夠味，幾好‧2) 火腿奄烈+蒜蓉飽+火腿通粉+熱奶茶: 火腿奄烈味道很普通;蒜蓉飽則脆又香口;火腿通粉雖多，但只有火腿略帶少許鹹味;至於熱奶茶則失敗，一點茶香味都沒有‧看來這間冰室的食物仍有待改進‧
