來自日本的千房,係大阪已經好有名氣,今次黎到香港,仲要開係旺角,都預左要排下隊,當晚成唔多9點先到,要等15分鐘,都可以接受餐廳好大間,所以流轉速度較快,有吧檯望住師父整俾你食,又或者自己慢慢燒慢慢玩MENU除左介紹日本大板燒,最IMPRESS我的就係有一大版食物過敏原清單,等大家清楚自己食緊咩,唔會食錯野落肚都唔知其中有兩款食品係可以由頭到尾自己製作,就係特盛海鮮大阪燒同埋豚肉燒,鐘意自己由頭整到尾既朋友就記得叫呢兩款食物同睇清楚製作程序啦香脆鐵板餃子 ($50)餃子會放上鐵板上繼續燒,因為本身已經燒熟左,所以要趁快食,如果唔係就會燶架啦,餃子皮煎到好脆,脆到薯片咁千房燒 ($108)千房燒包含左多種材料,有豚肉、牛肉、大蝦,廚房已經預先煮好,而我地就負責後期工作,就係不停加燒汁、沙律醬同埋木魚,將佢再煎香多少少,就分4份黎食千房燒整得厚厚的,入面材料豐富,就算兩個人SHARE一件都好飽建議大家BOOK定位,或者係非繁忙時段黎食,咁就唔洗等太耐啦
