第一次喺香港食大阪燒,貪得意叫左一款自己DIY嘅大阪燒。店員只係放低一張指示排就行開左,我哋望住張指示牌想問多少少嘅製作程序,店員好似都唔係好知點答,都係話做法睇番張指示就OK㗎啦服務呢方面好似差少少!最後都係自己亂整一通,都幾得意嘅首先要自己攪混啲材料,再落鐵板上燒檯上有Timer,每面大概煎4分鐘,來回煎3次。所以要花最少30分鐘先整好個DIY大阪燒。味道係唔錯嘅,既有得玩,又有得食。
