為怕限聚令放寬後街上及食肆內會變得人多擠迫,肥肥家族就提早幾日於週四晚預祝母親節,地點就大肥爸爸留喺中環,一家四口去試佢公司附近一家壽司屋「今鮨」。位於萬年大廈嘅餐店交通絕對方便,只係藏於一樓嘅暗角未必咁起眼。小店並無花巧之裝潢,以木為主嘅間隔簡樸得黎仍滲出和風嘅味道。步入正門,右方為可容納十二人嘅壽司吧,由三位師傅所掌舵。相片可能有點兒模糊,但其實客人與客人間都擺放咗一塊透明膠板作隔開之用,衛生意識夠強,抗疫果然有計。左邊則有兩張四人散枱。大肥教落,食壽司一定要坐壽司吧先可品嚐到海鮮最新鮮嘅一面。吧位嘅桌上有自用餐巾及木筷子,簡單但已足夠。場內只有經理哥哥一人負責落單、上菜、斟添酒水,但其效率確真奇高,而且細心周到。可令別號為「水怪」嘅XO仔隻酒杯及茶杯長期保持常滿狀態,實屬難得!入座後除咗熱茶之外,仲有濕紙巾一張。為頌親恩,小肥特意自備咗兩枝靚靚媽咪最愛飲嘅佳釀清酒。正常開瓶費要額外收取$300/樽,但當師傅得悉晚餐主題為慶祝母親節時,佢就好大方咁即場免咗佢,以作其小小心意,好客之情多麼的溫馨!晚市餐牌只有「廚師發辦壽司刺身」($1,980/位)及「廚師發辦壽司」($1,680/位
