To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Bookmark左呢間麵包店一段時間，睇過幾篇article都覺得麵包店嘅概念好好，而且非常欣賞老闆嘅idea。今次經過佐敦終於有時間去試，覺得”榛子之舞”同埋杏仁牛角包都非常好食，值得一試。“榛子之舞”嘅外型好特別，有啲似一個結，包食落有啲似加左Nutella同花生嘅朱古力牛角包，有好多層酥皮，層次分明。牛角包嘅外層非常酥脆，裡面好有牛油香，加埋非常足料嘅朱古力同花生，非常好食。另外杏仁牛角包酥皮同樣鬆化，食落去帶啲煙靭嘅口感。牛角包裡面鬆軟，有牛油香，面層酥脆，加上滿滿嘅杏仁粒，口感非常豐富，亦唔會過甜。見到麵包店嘅bagel同埋蛋糕選擇非常多，下次一定會試下！🥯🍰
