食完晒鐵板燒嘅主菜
侍應首先會想一碗味增湯
冇乜特別所以冇影
之後廚師又開始整炒飯
海鮮炒飯首先佢會煮熟一啲蝦粒小帶子同硯肉,再加入日本蛋蘿蔔粒同飯,用適當嘅調味,最後加三文魚子,令到個鹹度啱啱好平衡

熱檸茶嘅茶底係capsule 黎
第一次試,都幾得意


總括而言:
首先,點解我會話係有心呢
因為鐵板燒嘅廚師好多時會用牛油同醬油鹽同埋胡椒調味,而且係大手調味
但係呢度嘅廚師調味適中
會諗埋加上其他配料例如汁或者三文魚子之後, 會令到成件事唔同左
所以烹調嘅時候調味冇咁重手
食完成餐飯唔會覺得好油膩好辛苦


第二,侍應嘅服務都算好周到
不斷加茶,雖然呢樣嘢好似好基本
但係唔係每間餐廳都做到
只不過新開試業
都仲有好大嘅改善空間
略嫌有少少唔夠人手嘅感覺


其實我食完第一日已經即刻book咗第二日
當然第二日食嘅嘢同第一日唔一樣啦
試埋A餐同B餐
覺得就算兩個餐平d
都各有各好食嘅地方
