今日約左一個好耐冇見的朋友食lunch ,佢話自己屋企附近開左間好似環境幾好的西餐廳,所以就去試下。餐廳環境氣氛都唔錯,雖然唔算真係好fine個種fine dining,但因為柴灣比較少呢種餐廳,所以都ok。同一般餐廳唔同的係老闆係俾一個叫蝶豆花水的水我地,而唔係平時的普通水。(雖然飲落都係水味)我同朋友叫左牛扒同羊扒的lunch set。前菜都算幾有心機煮,個麵包係用乾蕃茄製成,送上嚟時微溫,外脆內軟。個堆菜就冇咩特別。羊扒只係簡單用黑椒鹽醃,燒汁濃郁,帶少少酒味,羊唔算羶,羊味都唔算濃,肉偏鞋,有渣,但脂肪部位重油香,表面煎得可口。牛扒同樣用簡單黑椒鹽醃,整體脂肪布佈均衡,油脂既味道亦煎得揮發出黎,每啖都充滿牛味,牛扒中心剛好五分熟,表面可口,而𥚃面軟熟。
