今日朋友中環收工之後帶咗我去一間佢之前食過好好味嘅西日fusion餐廳,真係一試難忘,估唔到萬年大廈入邊居然有間咁好食嘅餐廳。一去到個感覺已經好chill,餐廳入邊有好多唔同嘅燈飾配置,令人一種好舒服嘅感覺,唔會係平時普普通通光燦燦咁樣。一坐低之後服務員就上咗兩個餐前小食,分別係蕎頭同埋牛蒡。蕎頭酸酸甜甜,加上爽脆嘅口感十分開胃。牛蒡又帶少少鹹味,為味蕾熱身。第一個嚟到嘅菜係萵筍絲沙律,佢嘅萵筍絲切到好幼,但係又唔會失去萵筍爽脆嘅口感。萵筍絲浸喺有鰹魚湯味嘅汁入邊,配上三文魚子同埋木魚片,食落去又好似日本冷麵咁樣,但係個面就有煙靭變咗做爽口嘅感覺,味道好夾,感覺好新鮮。然後就係赤背。赤背上到嚟嘅時候擺盤十分精緻,完全估唔到入邊包嘅係咩材料。一食落去都有驚喜,原來係有小小嘅蘆筍加有Wasabi味嘅辣汁。蘆筍唔會太搶味,但係又可以加強赤背嘅口感。下一味就係焦糖南瓜。南瓜上到嚟嘅時候切得好整齊,邊角位有小小焦香嘅味道。值得一提嘅係佢嘅功夫,每粒南瓜都有焦糖包住嘅時候又唔會因為撈咗焦糖而變形,咬嘅時候有啲外脆內軟嘅感覺,配襯南瓜淡淡香味。再配上甜嘅杏仁脆片,又可以喺食緊呢度菜嘅時候試吓另一個口

下一味就係焦糖南瓜。南瓜上到嚟嘅時候切得好整齊,邊角位有小小焦香嘅味道。值得一提嘅係佢嘅功夫,每粒南瓜都有焦糖包住嘅時候又唔會因為撈咗焦糖而變形,咬嘅時候有啲外脆內軟嘅感覺,配襯南瓜淡淡香味。再配上甜嘅杏仁脆片,又可以喺食緊呢度菜嘅時候試吓另一個口感。

跟住嚟到嘅就係和牛竹炭三文治。首先就係嚟到賣相已經好吸引。佢個和牛肉好明顯外面表皮係少少炸過,但係唔會顯得乾柴柴。想點嘅時候中間仲係鮮嫩嘅粉紅色,小小肉汁唔會太生,亦都唔會太熟。配上小小牛油加香脆嘅竹炭麵包夾住牛肉,中和咗和牛嘅油膩感。

我哋最後嗌咗嘅一個主菜就係鰻魚。本身鰻魚上香嘅時候已經好香,點知原來佢個炭燒並唔係喺廚房入邊炭燒咁簡單,而係職員會喺鰻魚上枱之後,用一嚿燒紅咗嘅炭再辣下鰻魚嘅表皮。一印落去渣渣聲,魚皮嘅魚油香同埋焦香都一次過迫晒出嚟,觀感已經好正。然後食咗個鰻魚並唔係散修修嘅鰻魚肉,係有少少口感,質地累近於鱔嘅感覺。彈牙加上油脂感充足,又係一個完全滿足到味蕾嘅菜式。

食嘢嘅時候,朋友就嗌咗杯Cocktail叫 blooming beauty。係清酒加上可爾必思做base,再加蘋果,上面再配一層蛋白泡。飲落去10分refreshing。而我就純粹嗌咗個Jasmine Tea,正正常常啦!

食到咁滿足,當然唔少得有甜品。我哋嗌咗佢嘅芝士蛋糕。佢芝士質感有別於一般嘅New York cheese cake,唔係十分硬身,但係芝士味十分之濃,食得出濃烈嘅cream cheese感覺。另一款甜品我哋就嗌咗紅豆大福,紅豆蓉配上唔太厚唔太薄嘅皮,簡直為今日嘅晚餐做一個完美嘅結局!

老公見到啲相都係10分吸引,叫我下次一定要帶佢嚟食!
