今晚嚟到銅鑼灣百樂中心,呢度上下入邊有好多唔同類型嘅餐廳,竟然俾我哋發現到一間幾有格調適合節日慶生嘅西餐廳。首先我哋要咗吞拿魚配胡麻醬,吞拿魚都有成五舊,原來配起麻將味道有驚喜。半生熟嘅吞拿魚入口即溶,適合做開胃前菜。煮食我哋要咗兩款一款係帶子香蒜意粉,帶子成吋厚,大大粒,有成5粒咁多,好彈牙。意粉蒜味濃郁,好惹味。另一款要左慢煮黃油雞,餐廳用左慢煮方式烹調,能帶岀雞既鮮味同保持肉質幼嫩,水準一流,配埋薯容,味道超搭。佢嘅甜品都好有驚喜,推介點自家製tiramisu,佢同一般嘅都唔同,佢嘅賣相幾特別,平時係蛋糕但佢呢個係食落去完全冇蛋糕,反而係充滿空氣感嘅忌廉配埋個雪糕同埋個咖啡手指餅食。我哋都點咗個藍莓乳酪酸酸甜甜好清新。
