Restaurant: Coast Seafood & Grill (Fashion Walk)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好少過到Fashion Walk 條食街揾食,今次帶朋友仔嚟發掘下啲好野先。#烤雞肉牛油果藜麥沙律 ($130) - 烤雞燒得好入味,但又唔會過老仲食到個種滑。藜麥沙律依家好興,撈完個之後每一啖都有藜麥好健康。另外牛油果好冧身冇一絲絲個種口感,唔錯👍🏻👍🏻#香蒜橄欖油浸墨魚片 ($135) - 依碟墨魚估唔到會有驚喜😎😎上碟既時候已然勁香既蒜油味,佢同咗牛熟蒜片再加橄欖油浸熟佢。墨魚片煮得啱啱好仲有個種爽口而且浸蒜味已經入哂落去。而且蒜片經過油浸,蒜片既味道昇華咗令到佢更加香。 墨魚片同蒜片既份量都好多,可以一片墨魚再加蒜片一齊食有更多唔同既口感😍😍#忌廉蘑菇湯 ($95) – 店員講依款湯係top 10最好人揀既菜色之一嚟,咁就試下佢。 上菜個時廚師畫咗個笑哈哈,好有心機。🥰飲落好香濃既蘑菇味,湯入面仲有蘑菇粒俾你食到有唔同既層次去享受個湯。而且忌廉令到個湯更加滑,飲完就知點解咁多人揀#烤牛薄裙肉配布拉達芝士 ($340) – 想食牛扒店員就推介咗牛薄裙肉,話係牛既腰身所以冇乜脂肪,最多就5成熟可以食生啲都得。咁我哋就叫咗四成熟🤤🤤牛扒食落去好嫩滑有入口即肉既感覺,一點脂肪都冇比較冇

牛扒食落去好嫩滑有入口即肉既感覺,一點脂肪都冇比較冇咁油膩。牛味亦都好出👍🏻再配埋芝士去食令到個口感更加rich牛味再好味啲。果然推介得唔錯👍🏻
