To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第一次試這一間店，我之前只有試過旁邊兩間Cafe，其實兩間都很不錯，這條街競爭激烈。以環境來說，這一間比較窄，感覺不是很chill。Set lunch有七八款，原本看名字全部都普普通通，就像有game玩那種樓上Cafe的menu，價錢平過旁邊兩間，所以原本打算穩打穩扎點個麪。餐湯是蘑菇湯，一上來已經見到全部蘑菇蓉，已經比想像之中好。到上正餐，發現$88套餐的麪，竟然有真蟹肉！？！？而且肉還滿多呢！！！口味是淡淡的忌廉口味，有一點蟹籽，非常好吃。Rose Latte要加$20，比旁邊兩間加得多，但因為主菜性價比超高，所以加多一點也不算什麼。這間肯定有下次！
