To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 約左朋友食飯, 有個BB揀餐廳要花多少少心思. 環境要好D又坐得舒服D諗住由荃灣廣場頂樓一路行落去睇下有咩啱. 黠知朋友就話想食中菜,  環境又幾好唔會太嘈太迫, 就入左去時間早, 6點鐘, 唔洗等一入去, 人都未坐低問飲咩茶又問食唔食鴨, 餐牌都未知放係邊, 我真係答你唔好喎, 問左茶先, 坐低睇下先啦亞姐姐拎茶黎又話"如果食片皮鴨我同你落左先, 因為要等............而家做半價"    原來如此 ----- 因為平個個都會叫. 就叫半隻啦. 水煮肥牛 $ 138 - 唔算太辣, 但都幾多油, 粉皮煮得太淋, 好易夾到散哂, 肥牛分量好少 酸甜松子魚 - 炸粉太厚, 唔熱唔脆, 個汁太杰, 放左一陣已經一舊舊小龍包 - 唔錯既, 皮薄多汁片皮鴨  $168 (有半價)- 太耐冇食, 我記得正宗既應該要有少少肥, 皮脆肉嫩(係咪既呢?!)我知而家都係追求健康走肥, 但肉好鞋, 皮唔脆又唔香?! 但塊蒸皮做得唔錯, 好薄好煙韌KEEP到熱.埋單先知小菜都有8折, 加2碗白飯汽水同茶錢. 5百幾蚊.... (佢D茶芥都幾貴喎) 值唔值就......冇半價同8折應該要7-8百我就唔

Other Info. : 服務你可以話好又可以話唔好. 好似未坐低就趕住同你落單咁 (隻鴨, 但我都等左半個鐘), 其他野想叫佢寫埋, 又叫我自己用手機落 =.= 碟送食到一半成日想過黎收, 如事者重覆左4次"未食完" - - - 其實張枱好闊落, 唔迫架
