雞飯除咗雞肉以外亦都有炸蒜同蔥花 連同甜豉油一齊食幾夾👌🏻手撕雞經過火槍炙燒 帶有小許燒烤嘅焦味 配上上雞油飯一齊有令到味道更加香口 整體係好味嘅可以一試 但係唔會有太大驚喜🙈The chicken rice includes fried garlic, spring onions, and chicken strips that are charred with a blow torch. I would recommend adding some of the sweet soy sauce that they provide as it went well with the rice. 試過湯底後可以加入青檸，甜豉油，同埋辣椒醬調教味道🍲
牛肉方面就偏嚡 但係牛腩都算淋身 整體還好唔係好出色😛
This particular beef noodle includes angus beef slices, beef brisket, soft boiled egg, and a mix of rice noodles and vermicelli. The soup base was made with beef bones and brisket, which was clear, not too rich, and had hints of beef flavour in it.
After trying the original soup, the shop recommends adding in lime juice, sweet soy sauce, and their homemade chili sauce to adjust the flavour to your liking. Again nothing surprising, but it was tasty nonetheless.
