放工行經灣仔茂蘿街7號,好奇心驅使之下便入內看看,原來是一棟被評為二級歷史建築的戰前樓宇,一樓仲有一間日式餐廳。進入餐廳後,先看見日式嘅佈置,再有西式嘅餐廳,最後便到了居酒屋。坐下後店員送上熱茶🍵,看過餐牌,叫了些串燒和料理。每次廚師都會直接在吧枱上送上食物,甚有日本風格。🔸松葉蟹甲羅燒一絲絲的蟹肉,配上粒粒鹹鮮的魚子放左鱈魚片上,一併放入口中,蟹膏味濃郁、蟹肉鮮甜。🔸芥末風味薯仔沙律薯仔有啲磨成蓉,有啲薯仔粒,伴上芥末醬,鹹鹹甜甜幾惹味。🔸辣汁花螺花螺的辣度剛好,口感煙韌,反而魔芋和蒜片就吸唒啲辣汁,食後辣汁仲係口腔徘徊。🔸燒鮮雞子串雞子大大粒肥美,口感似食豆腐,有種鹹香味。🔸原粒雞腎串咬開會嗦嗦聲,爽口冇異味。🔸阿波美雞翼外皮香脆,肉汁仍保留,雞肉都幾滑。🔸手做免治雞肉棒燒免治雞肉幾滑,加蛋汁更滑,食到粒粒微脆嘅軟骨。🔸野菜串燒拼盤分別有辣椒仔、秋葵、洋蔥、銀杏和山藥。很多時候食菜會有種草青味,但經廚師的調味,菜冇左草青味,山藥爽脆,外邊有啲醬汁鹹鹹地;銀杏冇苦澀;洋蔥甜美;食秋葵後唔會寡;辣椒仔微辣。🔸柚子胡椒酒煮大蜆每隻蜆都脹卜卜,鮮甜軟腍多汁,入口再伴少許酒食,味道回甘。📍明
