雖然今年因為疫情不能與家人一同慶祝妺妹生日,但仍然決定食好啲,分享一下喜悅。很幸運來到ICC101層的這天,天氣很好,景色美得震撼,有這個風景吃什麼對我來講已經不太重要。言歸正傳,欣賞了一陣風景後也要叫餐。這天的午飯要了四道菜式$480,分別是鴨肝、帶子、牛仔腩以及疏乎厘。首先送來的是welcome food 芝士薄脆及麵包。薄脆香口美味,酸種麵包上桌時新鮮熱辣,還在冒煙,配上秘製的鹹香牛油(我懷疑混入了芝士),咀嚼時居然有一種煙燻火腿的味道,新奇美味。Order完大約3分鐘已經上了第一道菜,鴨肝。鴨肝醬藏在碗底,中間是新鮮杏脯,表面是蛋白脆脆及泡沫。這就是冷的頭盤,老實說,杏脯太大塊太酸,鴨肝醬的味道也比較淡,因此杏脯的味道完全掩蓋了鴨肝醬,有點失望。吃完鴨肝以後在5分鐘之內已經上了第二道菜,香煎北海道帶子配椰菜花醬。這道菜賣相精美,帶子煎得很完美,表面的調味應承一層薄脆,底下的帶子還是生的。椰菜花醬的調味也很好,美中不足是份量太少,有點不滿足。接下來也是5分鐘以內就上了主菜,慢煮牛仔腩。牛仔腩棯滑入味,調味是很熟悉的味道,接近叉燒的調味。配上法式水蜜桃及水蜜桃醬,可以解油膩又特別,

由於上菜速度太快,我需要在完成主菜後要求侍應稍為延遲甜品的上菜速度,因為我還想慢慢地欣賞美景,一邊享用一下麵包。
在要求下,大約15分鐘後才上了甜品,紅桑子疏乎厘配荔枝雪葩。甜品很出色,疏乎厘賣相粉紅色很甜美,口感鬆軟,荔枝雪葩的味道也很濃郁,而且雖然前三道菜的份量不大,甜品的份量十足,吃完以後很飽。
