To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 本身已經想試吓呢間燒肉丼飯,睇到人地賣相唔錯因為假期關係夜晚都好多人等位,等緊嘅時候見到好多人買外賣,鋪頭仲要用多一張枱嚟放整好嘅外賣,睇一睇先知原來外賣自取搞緊71折等咗大約20分鐘入座就立刻叫野食,叫咗個牛肉丼同豚肉丼,嘢食都係10分鐘內嚟齊我夾起牛丼片燒牛都感覺伏咗,果刻睇落覺得片牛肉好乾,而我女朋友果個豚肉都係睇落好乾,感覺好似燒定放咗好耐。唔緊要啦,諗住食咗先,一放入口啲牛肉係一啲熱度都無仲要好乾,而底下啲飯都只係微暖,果一剎那好似食緊魚生飯咁重點係佢menu寫住即叫即燒總括嚟講個飯味道尚算唔錯,但唔熱真係扣咗好多分,埋單$160最尾係想講如果係做唔切就唔好搞折扣,見啲員工已經忙到唔停手,但啲堂食質素咁樣,外賣人哋拎走唔熱都仲有得講,堂食都唔熱就倒自己米
