放工唔知食咩好,係網上搵到間法國菜,一於同朋友黎試下😋餐廳裝修似平時睇戲果啲咁,好有feel😍由於朋友有酒精敏感,所以我地淨係嗌左個set,無飲酒🫠Pissaladière洋蔥炒到焦糖化,好香好甜,完全冇洋蔥嘅澀味Salade d' endives a' la fourme d'ambert🥗🧀沙律菜新鮮爽脆,啤梨香甜微酸,配上藍芝士同核桃,口感同味道層次都好豐富。同埋佢嘅藍芝士都算易入口,唔會好重口味,除非完全唔食芝士😆Tarte au champignons,sauce d'ail cremeuse蘑菇撻嘅撻皮非常香脆,好香牛油味,菇既份量好多。另外配上蒜香忌廉汁,汁嘅味道唔算好濃,啱啱好可以點綴到蘑菇同埋撻皮嘅酥香😍Navarin d'agneau printanier🍖燴羊肉嘅火侯控制得好好,肉質偏瘦好淋,羊肉會得非常入味,有肉味得嚟唔會好重騷味Tarte tatin d'abricot,sorbet pistache新鮮杏甫配開心果雪芭,第一次食新鮮杏甫😯係酸甜爽口,同開心果雪芭好夾,值得一試😋🍴
